Henry and Becky zumFelde of Wauseon, Ohio, were the people instrumental in organizing the Black Swamp Driving Club. Henry Served as president of the club for the first four years and now he and his wife, Becky are honorary, life-time members.
Most of the members are from northwestern Ohio, and there are also a few from Indiana and Michigan.
The club sponsors events such as family get-togethers, driving clinics, scenic country drives and winter sleigh rides. The club's purpose is to introduce people to many different kinds of horses and horse drawn vehicles. It is a fun club with family in mind; something they can do together and learn new things.
